 Fundraising is achieved by various events throughout the year performed by the club. Recent events include a balloon race at the V Festival at Hylands park in Chelmsford. Other events we have taken part in include a sponsored cycle ride, quiz nights, path finder and the three-peak challenge. From July 2006 to June 2007 we raised a total of £2,000.48 for charity, of which the J's Hospice received £1,455.20 and the RAFA club £545.28. |
